MZM hooked my up on a good price for coolover installation. You might want to give them a call and tell them, hey man, a BMW buddy of mine just had coilovers installed and recommended you because of your pricing and service...they just my take care of ya!

285 is a lot. Try Muffin Muffler? I might have had them hang an exhaust for me for around 50 bucks many years back.

Several of the E46 M3 guys including me do a lot of DIY days. We're quite handy. If you're needing anything done let us know next time. Two of us usually host and live a couple miles from each other in Cedar Park.
