doubling of 35% formula 1 tint?

My dealer is tinting my car for me with formula one tint. He doesn't have anything darker than 35% but told me he could double the tint on the rear windows and back which would make it darker.

My last car had limo tint which I liked. Anybody know how dark a double layer of 35% f1 tint would be? 17%? 10%? I'm also worried this may not come out right but not sure.

Thanks.

Go see another tint shop. Lying tint over other tint is not a good idea.

Agreed. I just noticed where you are. Too big a town with too many good shops to settle for substandard work.
