MAC has achieved something that every company lusts for, brand loyalty. In a world full of chop-shops, MAC has truly set themselves apart from the rest. When anyone I know mentions needing cosmetic work/repair done to their vehicle, "Martino Auto Concepts in Glen Cove, NY" always seems to slip out of my mouth without any hesitation.

This is the truth. When anyone asks me where to take their car, I tell them they would be insane if they took it anywhere else. I look forward to handing every car that I own in the future to MAC for its modifications, no matter where on the planet I may be. If I had to ship my car across the ocean to get it in their hands, Ill do it. They are god-like, with meticulous attention to detail.

True story: I go to pickup my m3 from the dealer so I can bring it to MAC for stage two of the MAC attack. I had to drive there in my daily driver, a 325xi that was hit in the rear a day before. My service adviser sees the 325xi and tells me, "Leave the keys to the car here, we will handle all of the work in house. Your car will be like new." I actually broke out in laughter in front of his face, i didnt mean to, but the very thought of leaving any one of my cars anywhere else but MAC was hysterical to me. He was quite insulted. Its MAC, or its nothing.
