what kind of work does bodyshop do??

hi I am just arrived USA about one and half year ago
and got my first car in US about 2 months ago
what does the bodyshops do?
I have some aftermarket products
such as pedal e brake under LED and thinking to get side skirt, front and rear bumper
are bodyshop workers possibly install these for me??

That is something a bodyshop can do. Usually bodyshops do repairs from accidents, and cosmetic work, such as painting and bumper installations and such.
