I can't say off hand, but I *believe* its around $100 and they seem to do it all to spec as per BMW reqs. Again though, I don't remember the exact price.
I think most shops charge an hour labor. It the price was close, even if it was more at the dealer, I'd prefer to go to the dealer. |

My tires are shot, where is the best local spot to get tires? Anyone have a deal on tires?
225 40-18 Front and 255-35 18 Rear Anyone local gone with non-RFT's? It's over $1800 from Tire Rack! Would having non-RFT's cause any issues with getting an Ontario Safety Check?

No safety cert issues for non runflat, no. I carry a can of stopleak goo for tires in the trunk, which is what BMW uses on cars without runflats.
I bought Bridgestones at Costco in these sizes for about $1100. You have to go into the shop to see the selection they have, the site doesn't list many at all. I've been to many places in Ottawa for tires and Merivale Costco have treated me better than anywhere else. I have, however, bought tires from OttawaTiresDirect.com in the past. Good prices, weird place. |

Found the best local prices at www.walltowalltires.com, slightly better than OttawaTiresDirect.
Think of going with Dunlop Sport Maxx TT. Great reviews on Tire Rack

Most cars dont even have run flats so its no safety concern. If you ever get a at toull need to get towed, but atleast with a regular tire you can repair a slow leak, its illegal to latch up a runflat so omce it break youre out 500$ for a new one!! Youre better of non rft and the car will feel better aswell. |

Hi everyone, just got my first BMW it's a 2011 E91. I'm looking to get a few things updated/upgraded. Things like a snap-in for my iphone, white LED angel eyes and possibly some coding.
Anyone willing to give me a few hints tips of where i can get the parts and coding done? Thanks. |

I might wait a little bit before getting some, maybe I can find some used from someone selling their car. I'll post pics as soon as the weather allows me to have the car clean long enough to grab some pictures |

No idea. I coded my '08 AE for DRL and it seems plenty bright enough. If you put brighter AE in you'd be fine I'm sure, especially since the later cars do have AE for DRL. Most shops wouldn't know the difference.
Your mileage may vary, I'm no expert. |

2012 North America nav maps high and pro
Hi everyone,
I downloaded and burned the wrong DVDs for my nav and before throwing away the disks I wanted to see if anyone here would like to have them. I've no use for them since they don't work. PM me if you'd like to pick them up. |

I just converted from Audi (couple of A4) to BMW and got my 328xi from Otto. I will be getting it on Tuesday. Should I consider Extended Warranty? 6years/160k for $2799? I was told that BMW's extended warranty is identical to the normal factory warranty (without any exceptions). |
