1. Glade Car Scented Oil
2. Vanilla 3. Strong at first but eventually weakens. However, other people who sit in my car for the first time always note of the nice smell. |

Don't really have a scent but have this charcoal kinda thing that takes out the smoke odours and keeps the car fresh with no extra scent.
Didn't want other smells to cover it so just used that cause you still be able to smell the new car smell

Okay, I'm going to win the PRIZE for the BEST suggestion. I kid you not. Buy it, you will NOT be disappointed. Wonder Wafers, in "new leather" scent.
You can only order it online (it's for detailers, wholesale) http://www.detailnet.com/shop/custom...8&cat=3&page=1 They are CRAZY good. And they last a long time. I put one under each front seat about every 2 months. You have to buy them by the gallon or something ridiculous, but they last you forever ($20). |

If you keep the interior of your car clean without letting those fast food wrappers, cups and other assorted waste products pile up, there should not be a need to deodorize your car.
This reminds me of when we first went to visit my son at college. When we entered his dorm room, the scent that greeted us was a sweet vanilla fragrance and we commented how good it smelled. He gave us a look like "you don't know WTF you're talking about". We later learned that his room mate lacked personal hygiene skills and the air freshener was the only way my son could tolerate the odor. Also, some folks are allergic to certain fragrances which you may not be aware of. This might lead to some unpleasant experiences. So, if your car smells good, it's covering up something that smells bad.
