Hands Free iPhone System Question

Hey Guys,
My car does have the steering wheel phone button controls, but no iDrive navigation. I done searches, but most of the information is iDrive oriented.

Having no iDrive, I'm not sure if my '07 335i E92 (built May of '07) is prewired, contains a microphone, or Bluetooth module.

Ultimately, I want to install, use the hands free phone controls via iPhone cradle. Is this possible? If so, what components do you guys suggest that I need to make this system work? Can I use the iPhone USB snap-in adapter w/ smart phone integration cradle (84 21 2 151 043)? Thanks.
