second owner, bought it at about 23k mile in 2010.

package:
fully loaded with basically everything except PDC.
The good:
Absolutely clean carfax, no accident. I have all the maintenance record in hand. All of them done by BMW dealer. NO HPFP problem. Mostly high way mileage since it travel from SD to LA a lot. Just change the air filter and oil filter on it so you don't need to worry about it for a long time.
The bad:
Someone left a mark on the driver side door and ran away.
Also there are some scratches on the right side of the front bumper.
I have a body shop take a look at it and they give me an estimate for about 1000 to fix everything.
other than those two, everything is in good condition.

MOD:
I have basically remove all the mod so only have a M3-style hood left.

That's what i can think of right now. i will add up if i come up with anything new.

What tells you this has sport package? Is it the paddle shifters? Because you and I have the same exact car only mines silver and its a 2007.

It's the seat, notice it has a little more coverage than the non sports on and also an extension.

You're asking too much brother. Its got over 65K miles. You need to come down about 4,000. Just trying to help. On another note, if you would like to trade hoods, I have the original hood. We would both have to paint them though.
