How to Obtain these lease deals

Hey guys, Im fairly new to leasing. Ive been reading up on all the leasing talks on here and I am wondering how I should go about obtaining these lease deals every talks about. In Knoxville, TN, the dealer said no way could he even get close to 800/month for a M3.

If someone can point me in the correct direction, it would be great!!

Thanks

May be start by posting on the M3 forums....... if that is the car that you are interested in..... Also, read around the forum....

The best thing to do is negotiate the lowest possible sale price on the M3 you're interested in. Once you settle on that, the rest of the figures fall into place (provided dealer is not trying to pull a fast one on you).

Try finding/posting the following information:

MSRP of Vehicle
Sale Price of Vehicle (negotiated with dealer and including any rebates/incentives, but excluding any trade-ins or down payment cash)
Lease Program (Monthly Term, Residual %, Money Factor)
Sales Tax implications (varies by state)
Inception Fees (including Acquisition fee, doc/registration, MACO/Training, etc)

If you gather those components, the lease prices itself if you throw into a calculator... or just post them here... I'm positive you'll get someone to calc for you.

And if dealer gives you any issues with providing any of the figures above, find another dealer...

M3 has a very attractive lease rate in October from BMW
36 Month – Residual 52% of MSRP – .00150 Base Rate (that translates to 3.6% apr....) This is 15k Mi/year 54% Residual with 12k Mi

Make sure you check this rate is not more than 0.00150 also it is called the money factor. Obviously the lower the money factor the cheaper the financial charge.
