E90 KW V2 PROBLEM!!!! Help!

Hey guys! I need your help!

I had my KW V2 installed 2 weeks ago, had the height and rebound adjusted on the rear driver and passenger sides with both same settings. Both have 20mm spacers and fender rolled a little bit. My rear tires are 265/30 on 19x10 wheels!

I always have rubbing issues ONLY on the rear passenger side. I've tried comparing it with the same turns and dips, the driver side is OK (no rubbing). But the passenger side!

What do you guys think? Is there something wrong with the shock on the rear passenger side? Why is it only the passenger side rubs on the fender a lot?

Thanks

could be bc of the added weight from a full tank of gas?
i didnt have any rubbing until i filled my car up with gas after the springs were installed.
immediately went and got rolled.
the gas tank is slightly passenger side bias to outweigh the driver in the driverseat
