Tischer BMW in Silver Spring, MD

I'm very happy with their service department.
I bought my car from Passport, but they are too far from me.
Tischer is about 3 miles from my place.
I used them for service twice and I'm very happy with them.

1) Alarm software activation.
I installed the components myself and just asked them to activate the alarm.
They did not fuss about it and charged me one hour of labor.
It took like 30 minutes to complete. I waited while they did it.

2) June 4, 2007. I went for a free yearly oil change and Progman upgrade.
Again, they did not put any resistance to my request.
They offered a free loaner and free car wash (I declined on the car wash)
Software upgrade took a little longer so I kept the free loaner for 2 days.

They were very professional and kept me informed of the status of my car.

On a side note, they give 20% discount to BMW CCA members for parts.

So far, so good.
