AFAIK M4 is just the new name for the coupe variant. So yes they are but as chris_s1 says they start with the base car first. In this case its the saloon as thats the only f30 you can currently buy. In theory The f30 coupe whatever it will be called will be next, followed by the f30 m3 and then the m4. At least thats the way i think they will come out
