New fueling system and jb4 QUESTION !

Hello gentlemen, today I was sitting on the porch of my house, drinking a hot chocolate and wondering, will the new fueling system work with the jb4 ? Will it be compatible with procede only ? or will it be ? , Thank you sirs, sincerely yours , Spencer McDoughbarghy

Not sure if this was the question but for large turbo guys who need more fuel BMS is testing their own solution. Just keep in mind no one with less than 450hp to the wheels needs to worry about it. The factory system supports that level and much more without much issue. The upgrades are only for large turbo and big nitrous users. Or people who just like to buy things for fun.

Shiv, as stated above, has said it will be an improvement for everyone from completely stock to fully modded. We will just have to wait and see once he releases his solution.

Shiv also stated that it will be available for everyone in the community, not just Procede users. Of course we will still have to wait for the official release to get all the details. Unfortunately I can't give you a definitive answer until Shiv release Part 3 and possibly 4, but according to what he has said thus far, it appears you will be able to benefit from it as well.

Except for every other 335 owner who wants to address the HPFP issue. This is a POSSIBLE cure.

I don't buy in to that. BMW has lost tens of millions of dollars on this fuel pump fiasco. It's pretty optimistic to think the primary pump failures are due to a lack of pressure in the low pressure system. Especially when we only see pressure drops in the low pressure system at greater than 450whp power levels. Priming the high pressure pump is common sense and its easy to understand why they improved that in the firmware. But low pressure pump failures are pretty rare relative to high pressure pumps. Don't expect a new low pressure pump to do anything for you unless you're making so much power it was a limiting factor in the first place.

In addition, you can copy and paste the quote from Shiv if I am wrong; but I honestly don't remember reading anything stating that the longevity of the HPFP will be increased with this upgrade.

Don't overlook what could be accomplished with e85. Some pretty amazing numbers on other platforms, but you need serious fuel delivery.
