Alignment and weight balancing

Hey all,

Over weekend I am getting new tires from town fair tire woburn. I thought of getting through tirerack but I am already late and dont want to drive around on winters for longer. Since I am getting new tires I thought I will get it aligned and balanced too. Any suggestions? Townfair is charging 60+50 for balancing and alignment. I have never heard good things about their alignment so any suggestions?

Do NOT let any town fair tire touch your alignment. Every single one that I have tried to use has been filled with idiots and kids who don't care. Find a local specialist and pay the extra $40 for a quality alignment please.

I heard similar stories so I decided to get balancing and alignment done elsewhere. I am looking for options. If I dont find any viable option I will get it done at dealership along with my service

I haven't taken my car in yet, but I've heard good things about Fahey's Tire Center in Wakefield.

Defusco's in Lawrence.. I know..Lawrence is one of the last places you would think of but they're actually good and reasonable prices. Another place would be Autobahn Performance in Peabody.

Fast track seems like a good place and reasonable pricing. I called them and they seem to get lot of track cars so they should be very knowledgeable at their stuff. I will try to get apt ASAP

+1 . I have been using them for all my maintenance when I am too lazy to do it.

I've had my tires balanced twice and an alignment once at Liner Tires in Brookline. Great guys there, get all sorts of rides coming in. They charge about $25 to mount & balance a tire and you can get alignment done for $50 using their 50% off coupon.

at $150, that is a reasonable price

I called and asked them because I did my springs there.. they said they don't do alignments
