Can someone help with inpa in english my shit is in German or what ever language is that....

try this
change the following in your INPA.ini Original line: LANGUAGE=DEUTSCHModified for English: LANGUAGE=ENGLISCH

The latest version of INPA has never been released in english. You can downgrade to an older version (I think 5.01 was available in english). The trick above translates only a couple of things.
