Well it looks like the consensuses of this thread is that no one really likes the new album. Well I still think the album is alright.

I love Lil Wayne. It's just that DJs are putting out mixtapes of him and it's all the same exact songs over and over again.

leave it imo, only a few songs are worth it... might as well and download it instead of buying the cd. But as for KING... thats a must have.

+1, Aquemini and Reasonable Doubt are probably 2 of my top 5-7 cd's ever. In fact, reasonable doubt has never been out of my cd changer... in any car... for a solid 6 years. I kid you not. I have serious jay-z issues (sans blueprint 1)

Best rapper of all time? No.

That honor would go to someone like Gangstarr or Wu-tang.
Having worked on two Wu-tang records (I'm a recording engineer), I'd have to agree with you here.

Thats what im trying to pursue as we speak. MPC,Triton,Reason,Fruity Loops,Pro Tools thats all i have in the arsenal now.

And for TI im still a youngin but i listen to all good stuff and peronally ti sucks in my honest opion. Party music and whatnot its fine but when we are talking rap its not rap in my eyes. Rap is jigga when he was freestylin with big l rap is biggy rap is jada and the lox rap is 36 chambers rap is eminem on the lp rap is NAS rap is dre and snoop back in the day not all this watered down bullshit thats out nowadays. Its coming back though we just gotta keep asking for more real stuff. Sorry lol i just went off for a second.

T.I, lyrically, is garbage....I'm sorry...half of the time he raps in "circles" aka the same thing worded differently in each song just like most rappers coming out today 50 cent included. You want lyrics? Check out Immortal Technique or Lupe Fiasco...those guys got skill...oh btw Hip-hop isnt dead...MAINSTREAM hip hop is dead....if you know what you like you'll find it...just dont depend on the radio for music...lol
