The website is wrong. The NJ port is across from NY so it's close enough

that confused me as well. The question is do they unload in NY and process in NJ? My CA assures me the car "comes into New Jersey on the 13th", but NJ isn't even listed in the itinerary(sp?) for the ship.

True, true, but the website says 11-10 for NY and my CA says 11-13 for NJ?

Is this becoming the Liberty thread? should we start a new one?

That's the part where I hope the CA has the worst case scenario date. As of now, the Liberty is ahead of schedule; it is suppose to reach Belgium tomorrow but got there this afternoon and is now on its way to the UK and should be there by tonight (it was originally scheduled to reach the UK on 11/2).

Nevermind, from AIS, it shows the Liberty going back to Belgium. My guess is that it arrived early but had nowhere to dock so it had to wander around a bit before there was an open spot.

my CA says the boats are "always late". he's a real pessimist

guess he's trying not to get my hopes up.

WTF, my car is waiting on the port for like 7 days already. Not moving at all. how could other people ordered the car later than I did, and their car got built and shipped earlier than mine. Not fair. I ordered on Sept 16

It all depends on your dealers available build slots. Each dealer is allocated so many slots per month and once they fill up any orders placed will go towards future allocation spots in future months.

anyone thinking that their car has been at the port for very long and should have been shipped before some others that have already departed? Well that's because the Courage (next east coast vessel) is for some reason over a week late...if you go the ww website, you will that the Courage actually has voyage number of one less than Liberty, which departed 3 days ago. Also looking at the port of charleston s.c., (hasn't been updated) the ETA of courage is 5 days before Liberty...
