Transmission question
Alright so I know level 10 make a trans upgrade and a few other people are reaching out to other company's. but woul it be possible to use the trans from the 335D I believe it's the same trans from the v8 550,750?

The 6HP28 is also used on the big Audi V8's in the sedans and Q7's so I don't think revs are an issue. The 28 means higher TQ rated, there is a 32 as well. It sure would be nice if these swapped in.

you cant use any other transmissions. Only option is to rebuild it. I have looked at all possible solutions and went with Level 10 at the end. so far so good.

Hell, Manhart Racing in Germany can put the V10 with SMG in an E92 or even E46 chassis!! So a tranny swap HAS GOT to be possible. The question is merely what more would be involved: coding, driveshaft etc. And if it would be cost effective??
