**PRICE LOWERED - MUST SELL ASAP** - $25,500 I hate to do this, but I'm selling my 2008 E92 335i. I've only owned this car since last February and absolutely love it. It's probably my favorite car I've ever owned (next to my Corvette). But with a baby on the way shortly, I don't think a 2-door RWD car is going to be feasible. The car is mainly only driven on weekends since I commute to work by train. It's also kept in a garage for most of the winter.  The car is located in West Islip, NY (Long Island). It still has the CPO warranty through November of 2013, and a tire warranty through February 2015. I am the second owner, and the car was purchased CPO from Park Ave. BMW in Rochelle Park, NJ. From what I understand, the first owner was a BMW executive who hardly drove it. I do know that the HPFP was replaced under warranty before I bought it. Also, I personally replaced the spark plugs with OEM BMW plugs less than 6,000 miles ago due to a slight misfire while running the Cobb AP. So I will work with the buyer on the most hassle-free way to purchase the car, pay off the lien, and provide all paperwork to the new owner. I've sold 2 other cars with liens, so it shouldn't be too big of a deal. Just understand that it takes a few days for the payoff letter to arrive from BMW after paying off the lien. Usually, the buyer can make out a check directly to BWM to payoff the lien, and the remainder will be paid to me. I will sign over the title immediately upon payoff.  The car has 0 mechanical issues, and has been 100% reliable thus far. As for the body, there are a few small cosmetic issues I'd like to point out aside from the normal minor pre-owned car minor blemishes. First, the front bumper was clipped while I was parked and I unfortunately did not see it. The only damage was a small amount of paint scraped off on the bottom of the lip and some spider-webbing on the paint above it. It's not noticeable from far away, but I planned on having a shop repaint the bumper anyway. I got a quote from a local body shop that said it was a simple respray and would cost ~$300. If a buyer wishes to purchase as-is, I'll deduct that much from the price. Secondly, the driver rocker panel has an indentation that I believe was from the local car-wash. I don't think anyone by myself can notice it from normal distance, but I'm an honest seller  .  The car comes with 2 sets of wheels: The stock 18" 189 wheels w/ run flats AND the AG359 Wheels and Hankook tires. I'll also include the stock shift knob and boots.    Most of the pics I have are just before I tinted the windows (except for the parking lot photo). Also, the interior pics are with my phone, so if anyone needs updated pics, I'd be glad to take them.
