I can't say anything about huper optik, but I got solar gard - hp charcoal and I have no interference problems at all. And the car looks great, don't have CA though. I got 35%, not to dark and not to light. Good Luck!

What are you looking for when it comes to getting your windows tinted on your car? Darkness (looks)? Reception interference? Keeping the interior cool?

hmmmm, I might sound like an idiot but I never knew that tint could interfere with any sort of reception.

I got 35% solargaurds done for $200 almost a year ago and have had ZERO problems. However I would recomend going a little darker if you want to keep the interior cooler, I live in NYC and in the summer the tints definately help keep the car cool, however my brother got 20% solargaurds done on his TL and it definately keeps his interior cooler.
BTW I have no problems with any sort of reception in the car.

hey did you get your tints done? also did hl0m4n show you any pics of the tint job done? specially the dot matrix area?

I'm interested in checking it out.. i'm planning on getting my car retinted after 4 years of having my 3m cs with ZERO problems. I want to go darker. I know more than a handful "great" tint pro's. I know zero that can do a awesome job on dot matrix coupe. but i'm open for ideas on what to do on that area, like vinyl, etc...

Usually when people recommend tint places to me, i ask about the dot matrix, when they say they did an awesome job on their coupe, i ask for pics... at this point conversation ends. Every tint pro i took my friends, they do a GREAT job. NY, NJ. but, they all can't guarantee dot matrix job on coupes so i'm started to see if they can do anything about it other then just try to tint over it.
