I have the same wheels on my 08 328, so I'll help the OP...

the wheel specs are

FRONT 18x8.5 offset 29

REAR 18x9.5 offset 23

they look great on the E90 pre-LCI non-M. I have mine with Michelin Pilot Sport PS NON-Runflats 225.40 FRONTs and 255.35 REARS and they fit perfectly no rub
