Pinstripe it in Jet Black. The contrast might work. Subtle without being gaudy.

i think it only works on boxy cars... not so well on curved... but if u mod it out and make it bangin... why not.

I don't think the M colors would look that good, but I do think pinstriping or a racing stripe could look good. You'd just have to get the right design. The 320si wtcc look alike that was posted a while ago pulled it off rather well.

Fer gawds sake, pinstripes are put on by dealers for 20 bucks so they can charge some rube $200-300 and more for them... they're absolute crap in most cases.

I was just at the local dealer looking at a 2001 740. Its in beautiful condition, Black/Tan with nice deep lip rims, but for some reason there are two 'green' pinstripes from front to back??? If they were after clear coat I would be OK with it because they'd come off easy, but they are coated over...

I HATE pinstripes in all cases, no exceptions.

They look so tacky, and just break up any clean look that you have going on IMO. I think they were cool back in '92, but so was vanilla ice so you really can't go by that. You don't like vanilla ice, do you?

cleaner w/o the stripes, although the alpina looks very nice but thats considring that the whole set up looks great together
