WTB: 07-08 SGM/AW 335i e92 6MT ~22k

I am looking to buy a 07-08 335i coupe. Preferred that its AW/SMG and must be a 6MT. Mods are very welcome on these cars. My max budget is around ~22k, dosen't mean I wont go a little higher is that car is appropriate.
