Pre-LCI Halo/Xenon Conversion Shops in Tampa/Orlando?

Anyone know of a reputable shop in the Tampa or Orlando area that can perform a halogen to xenon conversion for a pre-lci E90? I've been wanting to this this for quite some time, but I think it's beyond my ability. Hence, I'm looking for a shop recommendation that has some experience with this and can do it and any coding to ensure no errors.

I'd like to know of a place that can do this as well. Although my car is an LCI model.. I have called a few local places around me and in Tampa, but none seemed to really want to take on the task..
