Reasons To/Not To Get Perches
I'm a bit confused as to what these do and the benefits/cons that come with getting them. Can anyone help?
Questions: Can you do them only on the front? Are they compatible with the OEM suspension? Does it add stress to the frame of the car? Affect ride quality? Last edited by teleopti; 09-02-2011 at 03:04 PM.. |

yes it is compatible with oem suspension, i have them on my oem sports suspension. i dont know if it adds stress to the frame of the car, and it does not affect the ride quality. still rides like OEM. I've had them installed for 3 days now. |

0.5" is pretty negligible in terms of affecting ride quality, performance, etc. I got them on my car for a few weeks now.. everything's good, except I'm much more likely to scrape the bottom (although I haven't yet). Yesterday, I thought for sure I scraped my aero lip after coming off a pretty steep driveway out of Mcdonald's as I heard a "CCCHHHHH" sound, but when I check, the bottom of my aero lip still looks good. What happened? I think I will install a clear bra under there later.
