I think it looks good. The only part I don't like is the lower part of the front bumper.
The pics are of an euro model, is the US models will most likely get side reflectors.

I wonder if the there will be a LED option for the e90 LCI...in fact, that would be awesome!
Besides this, is the new climate control able to adjust right and left temperature simultaneously with that "All" button? |

I´ve waited this facelift about year and it´s quite an disappointment. Maybe the M-sport is much better, difficult to say with that crap picture in other topic. Still think the E90 lci M-sport is best looking 3er ever.

The front is really a disaster. A shameless copy of the F01/F07/F10 front, and therefore lost most of its agressive looks.
The E92N/E93N begs for a M-sport/ZHP Package in stead of the standard bumpers. Mirrors are due to EU regislation, but no improvement. When it's necessarily they could've gone for the mirrors from the F10 5 series, they're much better looking. The only thing I like are the rear LED-clusters, for the rest the pre-facelift is still the best looking. |

Pre-LCI cars are, sorry to say going to look a bit dated when these come out. I also see that the traditional previous model owners disliking trend has started up. Siblings always hate the arrival of a newborn.. Negative remarks are carbon copies of the E46 to E9x, 350z to 370z, G35 to G37 or the 996 to 997 etc. etc. But in the end everyone adapts to the new model, it's inevitable.. |

I remember people nitpicking and complaining about the E9X series when it was released....once these hit the streets I am sure the loyalty and lust will be just as high as it is for our platform.

"BMW claims the 2011 BMW 335iS will reach 60 mph from a standstill in 5.1 seconds when the six-speed manual is in place, while the car shaves a further 0.1 second from the time to 5.0 seconds when the dual-clutch transmission is used." - Edmunds IL

Not digging the taillights, to squared off on the outside.

It looks like the 8 speed did not make it and I apologize for that as my sources had been accurate on everything but that (and brake regen also a function of the 8 speed)... oh well not bad considering. Once again that was my bad and sorry. The shifter in these images looks like the "sport auto" that is in the E60 currently, the only difference was the shifter from the 535 SA and the 335A so it looks like they may have upgraded the shifter but I am not 100% sure at this point since the DCT also looks similar. We all should know for sure by Thursday. Love the rear- not feeling the front except the lights. -M

Wow, I can't believe how everyone is all tied up in the looks, nice to know they didn't screw it up, looks like a 3er to me, nice. The big news is twin turbo is gone, and so is vanos. Its a gigantic omission that the 335i motor was a failure, totally redesigned for 2011. Lets hope oil temps are down to 210 or so in normal driving conditions and never above 220. NO MORE VANOS, that's big. What about the light weight of mag. blocks I guess that's gone too back to all AL blocks.

Glad my 2 year old E92 looks better than this "refreshed" version. Like most here, don't like the new front. Paddles and led lights are cool.

This is the first facelift ever from BMW that I don't consider an improvement. They couldn't have fucked up any worse. The headlights, the mirrors...why? The taillights look nice, but I still prefer the ones from the pre-facelift. Does anyone know why they moved the heated seats button up to the AC? Where's the benefit / reason for that?

I think it looks petty good over all. Doesn't make me want to trade in my '07 anytime soon to get one though. I hope the new single turbo is more reliable with HPFP isses.
