Scratched Leather - On Shifter, Best Fix? Pictures..

I did this with my nail to the shifter on the car...

Has anyone heard of any methods or products that would make it less noticable or to remove it all together?

I saw some product by leather masters - has anyone used this before? Is there any downside to trying this?

The picture makes it look very mild, but it is actually a bit more noticeable than that in person...
