Anyone put 245/40 on front 335 sp rims (162 style)
162 style rims are 18x8 in fronts
stock tires are 225/40 which have an approved rim width of 7.5-9.0 specs on 245/40 tires have an approved rim width of 8.0-9.5 So there shouldn't be any problem with this right? 162 rears are 18x8.5 and have 255/35's which have an approved rim width of 8.5-10.0, so BMW is pushing it a little right? so then why didnt BMW make 245's in the front stock? has anyone put 245/40's on the front 162's, any real world issues with this? |
