e90 328i Problem

I have a amber brake light on, and the dsc light is on, and the cruise control wont work. Any ideas what might be causing this. Also im out of warranty. Thanks.

that sounds similar to what i had.
they replace something behind the steering column for me.
out of warranty? pass'd 50k.
take it in - maybe a known faulty part.
