Confused on TPMS

I have a E92 335xi with the TPMS in the valve stems. I will soon be swapping my 189 wheels with either 185 or 188's for the winter, and wanted to make sure I order the right things for my TPMS system. When I called the dealer they gave me a price for the module and valve stem, do I need both of these? I would like to have two sets of wheels, with no need to change out parts, so I would like to know what I need to have a complete TPMS system in the winter and summer.

You will need 2 different sensors, if using 2 different wheels.

Just buy another set from Gary@Tirerack. I think I paid $190 inc. shipping. Just put them in the new wheels and youre good to go, plus it makes it easier to sell them when you want to.

You will need a set of 4 TPMS sensors and 4 TPMS valve stems. They come together

Were you able to reset the OBC with your new wheels/tpms? I just had winter wheels, tires and tpms from tire rack installed and can't clear the tire warning symbol from the dash even after following the procedure in the manual.

I never had to reset anything. No warning symbols came up or anything.
