Chris, personally never used them but a house near me has them and they look good imo. Subtle lighting but enough to illuminate the area around them. |

i have block paved a few drives put in a few square ones that are on the floor, but not in the wall i think you need quite a few, and its lots of hassle to bring the wires into the house or garage, i have allways said to people put a spot light on the the garage or house, when u walk out it switches on and you can see everything, the other just drain electric bills

Helen, no one competes with Carlos or the DXB. Nothing even comes close...
Chris, I think they are lovely and there's nothing better than coming home to a warm aura of ambient lighting exuding an inviting glow around the family residence |

Yes they do. GP Thunders will also add an extra dimension.
Chris's house will look like a Christmas Tree |

Thanks everyone for your input......black ones....hmmm...will see what the management say about that....!!
FYI I have already had wiring installed as part of our extension so no problems there...my query is really over how effective they are at actually lighting the area.... Christmas tree? Builder reckons more like Blackpool illuminations....!!

I had two put into a wall at my house to light the pathway to the side yard. With a 40W bulb they aren't the brightest thing on the block but by illuminating the pathway they did their function.
