Then you need to submit it to the offending party's insurance company. Then you wait, wait and wait. 1-2 months. Then they settle up. OR Go through your insurance and then have them settle up with their insurance. You'd pay your deductible first and you can ask them any questions on the process. If you have no police report then it's the roll of dice but it should be fairly obvious that if your car was parked and it was hit; then it should be the other parties fault. Since it was a U Hault truck, I believe the driver is responsible on their insurance, assuming they own a vehicle and have insurance elsewhere. It can get a bit tricky. Best bet is to call your insurance and ask the appropriate questions. GL |

ok if anybody can help me it would be deeply appreciated. i'm trying to locate a replacement outer left European LCI Tail Light, part number 63217251957. i purchased my original set from ecs almost two years ago & they are out of stock until sept. 13th. i would replace with my us spec tails but the outer right was damaged in a hit & run as stated earlier in the thread, & i'm really trying to avoid going aftermarket. if anyone knows of a vendor or person who has this readily available please point me in their direction, thank you. car is should be out of the body shop in a week or so.

My guy at the body shop sent me these today, & left me know that the rear bumper has come in. Now all we're waiting on is the front fog lights to come in & I'm good to go.

Well today kind of sucked, after getting under the car the body shop found that the exhaust well muffler was damaged as well some how. I was told it they would have he adjuster come back out & take a look at it. If all goes well with a little extra cash on my end I might be able to get a pe exhaust out of this.

Best of luck getting everything figured out! It's a great looking car, and I look forward to it getting back on the road.
