Probably matte because you should matte out your window trim and get some matte kidneys.

there are plenty of pics you can search for of murdered out E90s. I'm gonna have to agree with Paul's opinion. Matte black v710s would be my number one choice of the 3 options. Otherwise, gunmetal would look good because you have a bare cf hood, so you need the gunmetal to bring out the cf (if you know what I mean)
for tires, I have falkens and I love them, but I'm going to tell you to go with nitto invos because it seems there are a lot of people that have good things to say about those

lol well whatever you like best then. I remember before my wheels and stuff, I posted a thread asking for opinions of a dark colored wheel on monaco and NO ONE thought they'd look good. everyone was saying I shouldn't get matte black grilles, and I should get brushed aluminum wheels. Well, screw that, I just pictured it all in my mind and took a gamble, and I definitely don't regret it
