Squared set up advice

Hey guys, I have a 2010 335i xdrive. I know I want to run 19 inch wheels on the car. The wheels I'm interested in are the ESR SE01 and buy wanted to have deeper look on them. Will running 19 x 9.5 all the way around be an issue or stick to 19 x 8.5. The car isn't lowered yet but will plan on doing so later down the road with the goal to only minimize wheel gap. And advice will be greatly appreciated.

You can do 9.5 safely if the offset is 45. Otherwise 8.5 is going to be more ideal.

If you lower the car and get camber plates and do -2.5 camber all around, it will free up space for more room. I can fit 9 wide up front with 20 offset with my current alignment. For the rear, it will depend if you are lci or not. Lci has less room

So I just picked up the ST V1 coilover set up. Is 19 x 9.5 still a viable option with the right wheels? I'm just not too sure of the tire sizes.

I'm completely new to bmws and the whole tire scheming process.

If you run 245s you'd be safe.
I'd be more concerned about the inset at +45mm offset (which is what you'd need to run at this width).
You may run into some front strut clearance issues (which you can run spacers to fix - but then you'd need to add camber if you have fender clearance issues).

FWIW a 245 tire on a 9.5 wide wheel at ET45 is less aggressive than 225 on 8 wide wheel at ET20 (which I run). Fender clearance wise, you're fine.
Strut clearance wise...is going to vary on your intended ride height.

If you run true 60mm coilover linear springs, you'd gain much more clearance. Typical coilover springs are cone shaped and impede clearance. Test fit to be certain.

EDIT: it will for sure fit if you run camber plates and use spacers (in the case of strut clearance issues).
I have gained tons of room up front with camber plates - i am at -2.5 camber
