After a few engine shut offs over the course of the day I haven't gotten any codes at all. The power code usually comes overnight, im not concerned about this code at all. Should I throw it on Map 2 or 5 and pull? Or what would you recommend? Ill report back if the codes show up tomorrow.

I would start with map 1 and evaluate as its less stress on everything. Then move up from there.

Map 1 pulled strong, no codes. But after driving awhile (still on e30) i got codes: 29E0 and 29E1, which are fuel mixture codes. I attached a log of the pull. Any idea why my boost starts strong then goes down as the rpms climb?

Boost looks fine.
Much better than before.
Fuel mixture codes are usually caused by bad 02 sensor or fuel scalars need adjusment in the flash.
I would flash PUMP bef as I mentioned once before. Has a few tweaks that could help out.

Alright so even before I could BEF my car started having issues. I am only getting a misfire code on Cyl 6. And very very rarely ill get a fuel mixture code. Car starts shaking violently when on the gas after engine light goes on. JB4 is saying my AFR got too high. Log attached.

Because you get cylinder shut down from misfire. Thats why car shakes. I didnt look at the logs. I recommended a BEF to smooth things out. Your car, do as you wish.
