Offset Rim Question! Help!

Hello All, I'm new to the board, and I got a few questions. I've tried searching but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for.

Anyways, I have a e46 coupe, and I'm in the market to purchase the e92 335. I currently have some BBS RS-GT 19x8.5 et 35, 19x9.5 et 40 on my e46, and I was wondering what size spacers would I need to fit on the e92. I am not intending to do any suspension mods, as I dont want any rubbing whatsoever. I just want a flush finish. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

Rims look great! The offset is pefect for the front and you can put a 7-10mm spacer on the back. What size tires do you have on those?

if lower 5mm to be save, 10mm you might need to roll your fender

just to confirm, with a 40 offset in the rear, along with 265 tires, 10mm spacer would be fine right? even if i ever decide to lower, a subtle drop would not cause any rubbing?

5-10mm spacer to make the rear look flush will be perfect... Lower ET30's in the rear wheel will make it look perfect... ET33 on a 9.5" looks great, but some want a little bit more pushed out so they go with a 10mm spacer to get a more aggressive look.

perfect! since ET40 is less aggressive than ET33, ET40 should be perfect with a 10mm spacer correct? i appreciate your time jurrian
