I have a 135i and I did not purchase the bumper or skirt from Peter (Wish I had, could of saved some money). I was merely trying to give my experience in regards to their customer service. I did purchase a quad exhaust 8 weeks ago and it should be arriving next week. Once again, just commenting of their customer service. Thank you.

you should have made that clear..at this point I dont think anyone is concerned with their customer service..Its their garbage products that are the problem. And why did it take eight weeks to get an exhaust?

I am not quite sure what wasn't clear. However, people always care about customer service. Regardless, considering this thread practically talks about the character of this company I figure I give my 2 cents.

I was told up front when I ordered my exhaust that it that it would take 8-12 weeks for my quad to arrive. When it gets install, I def take a closer look with fitment and give my feedback whether its positive or negative.

Talking

i dont kno but seems to me if u reli wanted a very strong argument, u shouldnt have accepted the $100 at all and stand ur ground at wanting another bumper sent to you that fitted correct.

Even though u make a very good argument, but seems to me that construct auto did tell you beforehand that the bumper isnt perfect and the fact that u agreed to end this dispute after he sent you the $100 you shouldnt have started this thread coz it shows that you did not keep your end of the deal.

So i dont kno lets see how this gets worked out coz im very tempted to buy his cf hanmann lip for e90 good xmas deal 270 shipped cant beat that like ppl say price is king!

How would you even consider buying a lip from them after you saw the fitment problem with my bumper? Price is not king when it comes to car parts + fitment...quality is.

I've purchased two CF hoods from them. Came to me just fine. If there is a fitment issue then you should probably take it up with the makers of the products themselves... I can't believe this thread is still going.

In case you haven't seen these pics/review of Constructauto CF studie http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=332738

i bought their CF hartge....link to that review is in the above post. Fitment could have been better...but not horrible by any means.

Was hesitant to buy their CF 3d studie...after reading this post. But decided to try it out after they offered to give a full refund if I didn't like the way it fit. Well take a look at the pics in the above link. Fitment very close to 100%...and I'm a very picky.

Really?? ConstructAuto sells this product under their name, labeling it as their product. Its not my job to find out who the manufacturer is and complain to them.
