re-install clutch delay valve?

My 2008 323i 95,000km had clutch "jutter" problems. I removed the CD valve and it gave me a bit better control but it still "juttered." I replaced the clutch and dual mass flywheel and that solved the problem. I did not re-install the CD valve at that time. I'm wondering if it would be advisable to re-install the CD valve. Maybe it helps protect the dual mass flywheel from damage over time. Does anyone have thoughts or experience with this??
