Recommendations needed: Los Angeles Detailer- Reputable, quality, etc.

(Cross-Post)

After purchasing my CPO, I did a full detail and discovered what the dealer was hiding. After a dawn soap wash, clay, etc. I found a slew of swirls, haze, etc. They really glazed the crap out of the paint and hid things really well.

Long story short, I hired a friend's friend who said he could fix it no problem. Clayed again, low speed buff, a little this, a little that.... and after a couple of washes (proper technique... I'm very careful) haze and swirls reappear. Then I took it to Lavaggio in Agoura Hills, CA (http://www.lavaggio.net/), where they are supposed to know their stuff backwards and forward.... and now after a couple washes... swirls and haze (little less this time) again.

I need a detailing/paint ninja master.

Thanks in advance!

If you are close by the 626, PM me. I can get you to the right group of people to detail your car for a fair price and superb quality.

I checked out his profile and emailed the guy. Hopefully he is not super expensive because my 335i needs some serious help

i'm sure you'll get a decent quota, they usually vary the price depending how much they need to cure your car. but for the price you pay, the quality of work is far expected (:
i'm going to get my e90 detailed by them soon when my friend gets off for winter break

edit: if anyone else wants to know more details about 626 socal detail. feel free to pm me. i will answer all pm's asap!

Does anybody else have a view on Lavaggio and/or recommendations for the Calabasas/TO area? I need the new car service and Lavaggio is around the corner from me, but $200 each (int/ext) seems like a load.
