i just got back from the dinan open house factory tour and talked to one of the engineers about this intake. he said someone bought it and did a independent dyno on it and claimed ~12hp on the low end and ~32hp on the high end. no idea on what dyno this was done and if any support mods but this was what he told me.

This is probably the thread you're thinking of: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...=345676&page=2
...and Dinan S2 is also installed. Rick |

With a tune you will feel a difference like I said. I dont run a Dinan tune either, so you can trust me when I tell you the intake is damn good. In fact its the best intake out there and by a mile. Give credit where its due. If you have doubt look at Mr5 intake thread and see the proof, and may I tell you Dinan's is way better, very smooth carbon fiber construction. You will pay, but honestly sometimes there is no substitute you want the best there is.
