Sunoco is more readily available in the 5 gal containers than VP, and I think VP is a bit particular with having too many retailers around. SK-Speed is a town over, and they are the dealers for VP (and they charge a fortune).

Im going to be down at the shop tomorrow, I haven't been there in a bit due to some other things taking up my limited time after work...I will see how the progress goes on it.

As for the meth, I will see what I can do. Pure Methanol/Ethanol is a bit corrosive...needs stainless steel fuel cell and lines.

yes sk is charging a heavy premium on meth. at the same time, it's worth it because tolls time and gas going to nj getting it cheaper is basically the premium. next time I go to the track I'm bringing 2 5 gallon tanks and filling them up for 4 bucks a gallon.

I am trying to get down to the shop tomorrow. My schedule has been absolutley swamped over the course of last weekend and up to today.

Im going to sit down with Randy tomorrow and see what we are doing about getting this up and running.

Gotta give Matt another big thanks for helping install my lip and grills for me over the weekend. Everything looks great, he was able to get everything done nice and quick and its all perfect fitment. Will try to take pics once I get her washed. Thanks again

All Hail Boopie

I got a replacement set of coilovers installed(correctly)

4 fresh (non runflat tires) mounted and balanced(pilot sports in front, toyo r888 in back)

and one hell of an alignment...just got back from a VERY spirited joyride

o...and he adjusted my sways higher so that it doesnt rip anything....dont feel like going thru a new set of axle boots again...

get it right get it tight(no homo)

now for the LSD install and my turbos...whenever Rui gets to his messages...(was at active autowerks the past week tuning a car so i have no updates)

thanks man....boopies got my LSD core install coming in about 2 weeks once Harold at HP gets it back to me....then my turbo upgrade whenever we find out what the holdup with Garret is....

not really...just replaced the coilovers with another set...LSD will be the newest mod when it gets here

I test drove Dan's car last night and it was

!!!

I've always told him that his car didn't feel like it was a BMW before Matt fixed it. Now that everything has been installed correctly, Dan's car is a MONSTER!!! EXCELLENT handling and fast!

I also got an alignment done on my e36 and it drives like a brand new car!

Thanks Matt for overhauling my e36.
