You might want to hold off on getting it done at the dealer. It'll cost you twice (or more) than it will at Solo Motorsports.

whats our window to get this done? If I make a down payment how late can I wait to make my appointment for? It'd be easiest for me to get it done closer to the end of summer due to logisitcs of being at an internship right now (out of ATL).

Give Solo a call at this number: 404-910-5211 and ask them how long you can postpone the service if you put a deposit down now.

I just talked to Boris at Solo about this. He told me that so far only 4 people or so made the deposits. He cannot start booking appointments for group buy at $300 until he has at least 12 commitments from us.

Lets get on this. Everyone with N54 and N55 engines periodically need this service. And the $300 price is very good. That's actually 33% off their regular price of $450.

Ended up buying a blaster and media. Piece of cake job. Would consider doing for others for far less if you're in the savannah area. Takes about 90 minutes start to finish unless your air intake takes extra time to remove.

I'm still interested but my E90 just hit me with a bad 02 sensor and leaky DVs, so I'm tapped out on E90 budget for a bit. If Solo can extend for a bit I'm not opposed to a $20 deposit, but if downtime is a few days I'll need to push along my E30 resto so that i have a DD for the interim.
