Daft question but will this fit a 335i?

Will a m3 4.0 V8 exhaust back box fit a 335i? Looks like its been done before but do the flanges need modding?

I'd say anything is possible.

The general layouts are similar so I'm sure an exhaust place could do the required extra work to get it to fit.

It's been done before.
Not sure why you'd want to.
The 335i backbox has been designed for the 35i and M3 one for M3. Both will have been optimised for the engine they have.

Just for the quad exhausts tbh. I have a BMW performance exhaust mod on ATM. If anyone wants to offer me a price on it then I can put that up for sale and try the m3 one out

or you could get dual tips put on either side with a new diffuser...

But the m3 exhaust isnt costing me anything as I have a pal who is giving the m3 bits away for nout as he has sold the car.

Thanks for the input tho guys. I wil put up a video of the sound to see what its like with downpipes on.
