I like the taipei one. The waitress there are much much nicer... the cute one at the door went on "I GUESS GUESS AND GUESS GUESS GUESS" too...

Haha, never been to primo before, but 18 was under renovation for the last few months. Hit up Luxy but it felt subdued compared to last visits. Blame the economy I guess!
