under normal driving conditions there is no increase in sound IMO, however is DS mode and while under full throttle it yells at you a little but nothing crazy.. however, there is one thing that I've noticed, right after 3,000rpm it pulls harder - kicks in a a little

Because according to my mechanic who has worked for BMW for quite a few years now, there is no notable difference between he BMW performance intake and the Euro AirBox because they are so similar. I'd rather pay half the price and get something that's still BMW made (OEM). I'm not bashing on the BMW Performance Intake; I was torn between these two intake. I just feel the Performance intake was a bit over-priced.... With the money I saved I'm purchasing the BSM PBX and a trunk lip

ECS did a great job! Everything was shipped very quickly: the air box the next day and then k&n in a few since they had to get it shipped to them first. I had a bunch of questions, they were quick, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all of them!!!
