Well that is easy. You'll have to be a bit more specific. Age, mileage, engine?

Nothing smaller than a 325, petrol or desiel, any colour apart from red, prefer leather, m sport, less than 60k miles.

There are literally tonnes of E90's that fit your criteria. You're not far off 335i/d territory with your budget either.

325i's are ten a penny on auto trader

Yeah, I know what you mean but you should really buy a car on condition and it's actually better than his 50k 2008 example he has now.

Plus, it's already sorted in terms of sensibly modified, has all the toys bar xenons and leaves you with cash...
