What is this wire in my back seat for?

it seems like it was tucked under the back seat but i was cleaning my car out and it was just hanging out. the red part is the front of the seat where your knees would be. thanks guys

its nothing to worry about. Just an accessory wire. Mine was showing one time and I took it into BMW and they just tucked in right back under the seat.

VW has solar trickle chargers on shipped VW bugs.
i got one and use it when leaving my car air the airport for extended trips
