If you assume the author of the message is genuine then maybe it's a case of mixed up names. You're persian54 and Sara is sara504, so maybe he just mixed the two up and thought he was hitting on Sara.

The more likely answer is dude was just fucking with you, and is LOLing at this thread.

i did post a facebook album a little while back that had a friend (or 2) in it... and I don't think he was even here lol
