Right? But wait till November 30th, when all the south florida peeps head upto Moroso.
From the dynos Ive seen here, xede isnt putting out anywhere NEAR that kind of power..even with exhaust/downpipes

But they have 100x better customer service. Which is more important to you?

Most of the time in R&D a company will not release bad information, majority reason is because its just bad publicity for their product and promoting their product as a possibly dangerous one...............

Look at it like this, he said he has been running the car for ONLY 5 weeks this way, that is NOT a long time for R&D reasons..........also I am pretty sure he hasn't been running 100 octane 24/7, 7 days a week for 5 weeks, so my guess the car wasn't at the peak stress for all of those hours..............give it at least 6 months before possible problems arise with 400+rwhp (not 5 weeks)

It's quite obvious you've missed the entire point of this thread.

Shiv posted a dyno of what PROcede is capable of. Not of what his next map will be. It's more than obvious that many people just don't drive their car around all day with 98 octane. So, if this map was released, it would be for those who are into dragracing at the strip, etc. Those people are willing to take whatever risk comes their way... and in no way represent the rest of us looking for a realiable tune for a daily and semi-daily drivers.

Whats interesting is what your somehow not grasping.... is if Shiv can get 440hp+ (400whp) from 98octane on a stock motor.... then how much can he get on 94octane regular pump gas..? Thats the real story here.

I think that the PROcede will be realiable at 400hp/400ft-lb tq.

I would be interested for us EAST COAST guys what the new V2 maps put out on 93 octane which i put in my car on a weekly basis?????

Vishnu will you be running any of your maps at a lower octane (93) and putting out the daily driver numbers and not just maxing out the engine on race gas and putting out that number (for people only running race gas)???

I also think alot of people believe they will now have 400rwhp cars because this is available. Also like some other posts said, he NEVER said it was safe, he said we broke this level, never promoting it as the daily driver level. If you are not running race gas 24/7 with this setup, you are not going to be hitting 400rwhp..............

Yep, but v2, catback, downpipes, and an improved cold air intake and I bet we see 380-390 on 93 octane once there is a map for downpipes.

I think you should say FMIC instead of Colad AIr intake, on a normal Turbo Car a CAI does not make that much power.............. normally a FMIC creates more power and serves a greater purpose at the same time.......

But i don't doubt what you said those levels can def be achieved on a daily basis with those upgrades.........

Pretty sure we'll end up seeing 380-390whp on 93-94oct with PROcede v2 and basic bolt-ons (exhaust, dp and perhaps intake).

I have an intake, full exhaust, catless dp's, and a Spearco FMIC, where do you think i could be at HP wise with V2 and a custom tune?

On 91oct I presume? I'd guess around 360-370whp.

I will have the same mods. Will you be providing custom tunes for this?

I am running 93 octane V-power down here....is the 380-390 whp (with DP, exhaust) based on running your defaults in V 2.0.1 or is this for the upcoming V2.0.2...default torque settings? I guess it's safe to assume with (hopefully) an upcoming DP map, DP, exhaust, intake, and FMIC we could easily see over 400 whp with 93 oct....based on what map, though? Congrats again on this bench mark...I bet this is making those M5 guys a little weary...

Absolutely. But I need to see and tune a few cars set up like this before I can comfortably post up baseline maps.

The 380-390whp figure i was estimating is where I believe we will eventually end up after some more R&D. It does not represent where we are now.

My car never runs on 91... Always 10 gallons 91, 5 gallons 100oct... I think it should put me around 95 to 96 oct... So i should be close to 400whp or more i guess and over for sure on straight 100oct with a custom tune!!

Dyno taken two days ago at 80 degrees and 35% humidity. Same mods as you Down4it. Just installed something on my car that added 32 rwhp on the bottom end. 93 octane same map. Ran the map without new mod and with new mod and these were the two best of each. But 356whp on Xede.

Got to feel SFLGators V2 and it was definately faster than the 1.47 that was originally in my car.

Thanks, Shiv....R&D is what everyone on here likes to hear when we know we can be confident sending so much HP through our cars.

I am just looking forward to your V2 orders getting caught up with so I can order the works! In the mean time, I have done exhaust and other cosmetic mods, and am planning on UR catted DP and perhaps the FMIC in preparation for the V2 and whatever map is available. I'm sure by the time I am said and done with everything, I'll be ready for V2 and ya'll will be ready to send 'em out pronto....

Wow, I remember when all of us early 335i owners were just stoked to have a PROcede and getting 310-330 rwhp (depending on tranny and 91 or 93 Octane gas) back in Feb/March 2007.

Now 6-8 months later and so many want 380+ rwhp or it's a bust!

Personally, I'd be stoked to see 340 rwhp with just my v2.02 on 91 Octane and stock DP's, intake, and exhaust. That would be a 25 rwhp gain.

I don't want a 400 rwhp 335i.
I need to allow for something to move UP too in my next car in a year or two. And will gladly give up 40-50 rwhp in the name of drivetrain reliability and safety.

I think it's great to have such a modable car and great that Shiv has past the 400 rwhp mark with our cars though.
I can't wait to do some rolling runs with those 390+ rwhp 335i's just to see how far back my "lowly" 340 rwhp v2.02 only car is.

Wholly crap...why?
On v1.47 I thought/think anything over 93 Octane isn't doing much if anything for you anyway, but burning a deeper hole in your pocket.

Having owned more powerful and quicker vehicles, I do agree. If I can get 350 - 360 WHP and ~400 WTQ on 93 Octane with no other modifications, I will be estatic (at least for a little while).

V2.02 will probably have you at 350+ rwhp on stock exhaust and 91 octane anyway

I seriously doubt that. Sflgators car has V2 and 93 octane and was not as fast as my car with 356 whp..
