Logic 7 Amp blown. options?

Got in my car today after we got 4 inches of rain yesterday. Started driving and the stereo was off. Out of nowhere a full volume screech came out of all speakers. pulled over, got out, turns out the amp was sitting in a pool of water.

First off yes, I need to know the source of the water and resolve that.

I could buy a logic 7 amp for around $400

Is there a plug and play aftermarket better option? Something for the same price easily installed that would benefit me in any way?

What would you guys do? I have put systems in many cars and I am very handy.

as it sits, the head unit turns on, no sounds, nothing.

Only other option is the da2 and aftermarket amps. Or you can recode to hifi.

Is the amp pulled out??? I might be able to repair it, or help you through it.

The amp is out of the car, yes. Also to revise my first post I do not believe it actually got wet. When I pulled it i realized it is actually elevated. I would love to find someone to repair it who knows what they're doing. Let me know if you can help. When it is plugged in I can see a solid amber LED through the grates, and a solid red LED. Not sure if they are significant. Also the fiber optic cable is functioning as I can see the red light when unplugging it. I now think the amp may have just died and the little bit of water was a coincidence.
